We strive to utilize the highest quality equipment that provides optimal safety for our workers and professional results on all our projects. Swaby Group has a complete mobile welding facility that is outfitted with the quality welding and safety equipment with tools and accessories that are used for on-site welding.

We provide structural welding services on construction sites for fit-ups, build-outs and new construction. For new construction we weld clips and angles on curtain walls that hold aluminum channel frames in place to facilitate installation of glass panes.

We also provide a variety of machining services to include lathework with our Victor Precision Lathe for fabricating special metal bits, pins, screws, cones and other custom pieces. Our Heim Air Brake is capable of bending up to ¼” (mild) steel plates, up to 96” (8 feet) long. Other shop equipment allow for plasma cutting, bending, notching, and threading services.​

Swaby Group LLC provides job-shadowing and apprenticeship opportunities for individuals entering the trade. We equip them with the practical hands-on training they need in order to effectively perform basic welding techniques. In collaboration with the Virginia Department of Labor and Industry, we strive to help prospects of the trade become certified welders.

Our Retail Division consists of the sales of welding supplies, tools and equipment. We also have our own house-brand of personal protective equipment and other welding related items.
