THE COMPANY
Swaby Group was officially established in August 2005 operating under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Swaby Professional Welding is a Swaby Group business unit, providing welding and fabricating services in the DC metropolitan area, including Northern Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. We provide services to Commercial, Residential, Government, Institutional and Marine clients. Additionally, Swaby Group provides Equipment Rental, Repair & Maintenance Services, Safety Consulting and Training Services and Vocational Training.
MANAGEMENT
Lee Swaby is the Founder and Managing Director of Swaby Group. He is a seasoned and certified welder with over 18 years experience in the industry. He schooled in the Netherlands, obtaining certification in various welding techniques including TIG, MIG and electrical arc welding. He also specializes in precision welding and pressure (vessel) welding. He has exercised his welding skills internationally in the Marine, Industrial and Commercial markets. Lee is also a trained fireman who worked as a volunteer in Hoogvliet in the Netherlands for two years.
